Portrait studio session images are typically uploaded to our site within 24-48 hours. If it has been more than 48 hours since your portrait session, contact your local portrait studio.
Once your album has been uploaded to the site, you should receive an email which includes the Album Number & Password. The information is also located on your studio receipt. If you don’t have an email or receipt, you can obtain your Album Number & Password from your local portrait studio.

Remember, the first step in ordering products is to create an account or log in and claim any recent albums. Next, you will want to select the print or product you wish to order. Once you have selected the product type and design, you will simply drag the images over into the product.
Shipment tracking will depend on which shipping method you selected during checkout. If tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation email that is sent once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact your local studio.
